My brother has been experiencing dental issues for quite a while. I finally convinced him to get an exam. Gateway Family Dental Office was great to work with from initial call to post visit. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

So grateful I found this place! I had a dental emergency and was in severe pain for 4 days. I called Gateway and they immediately got me in to be seen. I was called right back and was treated almost immediately. Dr. Sran is awesome and amazing. He explained every step throughout the process. My tooth is now pain-free. Thank you all so much for helping me in with my emergency situation. I highly recommend this office, they are amazing!

We honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Gateway Dental, Dr. Sran, Vickie his dental assistant, and the entire staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming, kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They have completely changed the way our family feels about going to the dentist. My husband has always had a huge fear of the dentist, and this office has been absolutely incredible with him. They’ve taken the time to make him feel comfortable, calm, and never judged. For the first time in his life, he actually goes into appointments relaxed instead of anxious, and that says everything about the level of care they provide. They were also wonderful with our daughter. During one of my husband’s appointments, they let her sit up at the front desk and made her feel so included and special. She had the best time, and it showed us just how family-oriented and compassionate this office really is. Not only has the dental work completely transformed our smiles, but the kindness and atmosphere of this office have transformed our entire experience with dental care. This is hands down the friendliest dental office we have ever been to, and we are so grateful we found them.

I had to go in for an emergency and they got me in right away. The whole team was really kind and understanding, which made a big difference since I was in a lot of pain. They explained everything clearly and took care of the issue pretty quickly. The office was very clean and organized, and you can tell they really care about their patients. The doctor was especially nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I’m really glad I found this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you need urgent dental care.

From the moment I stepped into the office until I left, I was treated exceptionally well by staff. The front desk associate greeted me with a lovely smile and I was in the door and seated within 5 minutes. I am VERY satisfied with the doctor’s consultation because of his expertise and friendliness. I was able to get x-rays, fillings, a cleaning, and have an enjoyable conversation all in under an hour. I HIGHLY recommend this company for dental services for their patience and professionalism— and not to mention how lovely the view from the each room is on a bright and sunny day! Thank you doctor and the lovely ladies for making me feel comfortable and satisfied with my first dentist visit since moving here.
